 Hand Grease Pump :

This is hand operated mobile grease pump, specify intended for use with Heavy Thick Grease. The equipment is suitable to perform greasing operation at remote sites & work places where air power is not available.

 Auotmatic Grease Feeder  :

This is automatic Grease Feeder with Metal alloy base & Polycarbonater dome. VIJAY Grease Feeders have any 3 moving parts (spring, piston, ‘o’ ring) When grease is filled in the reservoir the compressed spring exerts balance pressure on the piston connected to the metering rod. Taper in the groove of metering rod causes change in discharges oriface area proportional to the decreasing spring pressure, thus a constant discharge pressure is maintained.          

 Foot Operated Grease Pump  :

This grease pump is specially designed to work with foot operation Foot Operation results in lesser fatirue, higher efficiency & higher working pressure. The gun is partially wheel mounted for easy handling.

 Dual Line Hand Grease Pump  : 

This is a plunger type grease pump, manually operated by lever the pump body houses a  4way spool type direction control valve, which directs the grease alternately to the two outlets. The end of  each greasing cycle is indicated by rise in pressure in the pressure gauge mounted on the pump body.

 Single Line Hand Grease Pump  :

This pump suck the grease through suction port by pulling the handle maximum out & eject determined amount of grease under pressure when the handle is pushed back. This pumps are wall mounted & should be installer in vertical position.

 Single Line Automatic Grease Pump  :

This Grease  Pump consists of Reciprocating motor driven plunger pump with inbuilt gear box. The pump incorporate a large grease reservoir with a follower plate & tell table rod. Limit switch is provided on the top of the reservoir to indicate full & empty level of grease.

 Dual Line Motorised Grease Pump :

This grease system consists of reciprocating motor driven plunger pump with inbuilt gear box. The pump incorporate a large grease reservoir with a heavy follower plate & tell tale rod. Limit switch is provided on the top of reservoir to indicate full & empty level of grease the pump outlet connected to direction control valve the whole system is controller with electric control panel.
